Our Services
Supporting newly granted refugees and our wider community with benefits, housing, applications, and essential guidance to help navigate important next steps.

For Newly Granted Refugees
If your asylum claim has been successful and you have recently been granted refugee status, you will receive an eviction notice if you are living in government-provided accommodation. The notice period is 28 or 56 days.
We are able to help with a range of support services during this period, including accessing your eVisa and Share Code, opening a bank account, applying for Universal Credit and Universal Credit Advance Payments, completing housing referrals and applications, and applying for a Refugee Integration Loan or Child Benefit.
If you would like to arrange an appointment for support with any of these services, please contact us via WhatsApp on 07545 651795.
Please note that we do not offer walk-in appointments; all appointments must be booked in advance.

For Members of the Community
We provide a wide range of support services for our community.
This includes guidance with Universal Credit, Work Capability & Work Related Activities, Disability Living Allowance, Child Benefit, Housing and Council Tax Benefits, Carer’s Allowance, Homelessness and Eviction issues, as well as assistance with Freedom Passes and Blue Badges.
